Already working with a model? We can create a virtual model from them, with which you present new goods without a photo shoot. For this we need several high-resolution photos of your model: from the front, from the side and full-length. Price: €149 one-off, no annual fee. This model belongs only to you and will never be offered to other wholesalers.
Important: We require your written assurance that you hold all rights to the photos and that the person depicted has consented to the creation and use of an AI model. You indemnify us against third-party claims.

What does Asia-Zone cost for wholesalers?
The basic profile is free. Standard costs €12.90 per month, Premium €26.90 per month, both excl. VAT. AI Studio packages are optional, for example a cutout package with 10 images costs €19 excl. VAT.
What is free?
The directory listing, claiming and managing your profile, and buyer inquiries. No payment details needed.
How do my photos reach you?
Via WhatsApp or WeChat. One phone photo per item is enough, on a hanger or on a table.
Are the images labeled as AI?
Yes. AI-generated images are labeled as such on Asia-Zone. You see every image beforehand and approve it before it goes online.
Do colors and cuts of my goods match?
We stay as close to the original photo as possible and check every result by hand. If something is off, one revision is included. Only what you approve is published.
Who owns the images?
You may use the images created for you in your business, also outside Asia-Zone, for example in your own shop or on social media.
What is the difference between shared and exclusive models?
Shared models may be used by all wholesalers and are included in the packages. An exclusive model is created individually for you and may only be used by you. It costs €149 one-off; the first year of exclusivity is included. From the second year, exclusivity costs €49 per year. If you do not renew, you keep all images created up to that point, but the model may then also be offered to other wholesalers. All prices excl. VAT.
In which languages is my profile visible?
In 10 languages: German, English, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, Thai, Malay and Khmer. The language that visitors selected in the main navigation at the top applies.
How many buyers will I reach?
We do not guarantee any results. More than 3 billion people speak one of the languages in which your profile appears. That is reach, not a buyer count. The number of inquiries depends on your range and prices, and on whether your product descriptions contain the terms buyers search for. We can help: you give us a few keywords about the item, and our AI writes a search-engine-friendly description from them. This costs only a fraction of a copywriter's fee, price on request.
I already have a demo profile. How do I have it deleted?
Write to us via the inquiry form on the profile, a short message is enough. The profile will then be removed.
How do I claim my profile?
Click "I am the owner" on your profile and upload your name, email and a proof, for example a trade license. We usually review the application within 2 to 3 business days. After that we maintain your profile for you: send new goods, prices or contact details simply via WhatsApp or WeChat.
How long does a subscription run, and how do I cancel?
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled effective at the end of the month, annual subscriptions effective at the end of the year. With the annual subscription you pay only 10 instead of 12 months. AI studio packages, by contrast, are not a subscription: you buy them once, pay once, and no further costs arise.
How do size runs and packs work?
For each item you enter the size run, for example sizes 36 to 41 with the quantity per size, and from that the pack size in pairs or pieces per carton. Buyers see it as a table.
How is Asia-Zone different from classic portals?
You only send photos, we create lookbook images and maintain the profile. Your profile is also found through search engines in several languages, and inquiries come straight to you.
Are there invoices, e-invoices and DATEV export?
Not yet. These functions (invoices, e-invoices, credit notes, DATEV export) are planned and will only be marked as available once live. On privacy: we store only the data needed for profile and inquiries, and you can request deletion at any time.
